VTL Lohengrin
The latest reference monoblock power amplifier, developed over five years of intensive research and refinement. Lohengrin combines VTL engineers’ extensive expertise with a deep understanding of the technologies essential for the realistic reproduction of music. The motivation behind its creation was to design an amplifier that focuses entirely on the music itself — bringing listeners closer to the very essence of the artist’s intent.
Lohengrin features eight output-stage tubes, capable of delivering 400 watts of power. Its control and power circuits are derived from the more powerful Siegfried model. By employing tubes that are easier to drive than transistors and free from “current overload” issues, Lohengrin achieves an ideal balance between power and responsiveness. Its innovative technologies provide lower output impedance, enabling the use of a simpler, more efficient output transformer.
Lohengrin is more than just a new amplifier; it is a symbol of VTL’s unwavering dedication and passion in the pursuit of audiophile perfection, setting a new standard for musicality and realism.
