Everyone is welcome to attend the exhibition. Tickets priced at 60 PLN will be available at the entrance. Three-day passes will also be available for 90 PLN (valid from Friday to Sunday).

 

Tickets and passes are exchanged at the entrance for a wristband, which grants access to the entire exhibition area (all three locations). The ticket price includes an 88-page exhibition guide.

 
 

 

 

Important information:

 
 
  • Visitors with a one-day ticket are required to wear the wristband for the entire day.
  • Visitors with a three-day pass must wear the wristband for all three days of the Audio Video Show.
  • Admission is free for children under 16 years of age.

Payments at the ticket offices can be made by cash or card.

Audio Video Show Ticket Sales Regulations

  1. The ticket sales regulations are issued by Audio Video Show Sp. z o.o., headquartered at 04-205 Warsaw, ul. Naddnieprzańska 31, unit G, NIP: 9522240423, REGON: 525143434, KRS: 1033210 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), the organizer of the fair titled “Audio Video Show” (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”).
  2. Ticket Purchase
    Tickets can be purchased via the website www.audioshow.pl and through the authorized ticket distributor kicket.com.
  3. Ticket Price and Access
    The ticket price includes entry to the Event at all three locations:
  • Hotel Radisson Blu Sobieski, Plac Artura Zawiszy 1, Warsaw

  • Hotel Golden Tulip, ul. Towarowa 2, Warsaw

  • PGE Narodowy, Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1, Warsaw

 

  • Payment for Tickets

 

  • The online payment operator is PayU. Payments for tickets reserved through www.audioshow.pl must be made immediately after being redirected to the bank’s payment page.

  • If payment is not confirmed within 15 minutes of reservation, it will be automatically canceled and the tickets will return to sale.

  • Ticket prices are fixed and apply to both one-day tickets and multi-day passes valid for all event days.

  • Additional fees (such as a service fee expressed as a percentage of the ticket price) may be added. The buyer will be informed of the total cost, including any additional fees, before finalizing the purchase.

  • Buyers purchasing tickets online agree to the processing of personal data by the ticket system provider kicket.com.

  • To receive a VAT invoice for an online purchase, please select the option “I want to receive a VAT invoice.”

  • The buyer will receive the ticket in PDF format at the email address provided. The ticket can be presented at the entrance in electronic form on a mobile device.

  1. VAT Invoices
  • A VAT invoice for online purchases will be automatically issued after selecting “I want to receive a VAT invoice” and providing the required information. It will be sent by email.

  • A VAT invoice may also be issued upon request if the request is made within 3 months from the end of the month in which the product was delivered or the service performed.

  • In accordance with Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, an invoice can only be issued to a business if the receipt includes the buyer’s NIP number. If the receipt does not include a NIP number, the invoice cannot be issued to a business entity.

  • If the buyer requests an invoice for a receipt without a NIP number, it will be issued to an individual’s personal details.

  • The buyer must request the VAT invoice and provide the necessary details before payment is recorded. Otherwise, a receipt without a NIP number will be issued.

  • A receipt up to 450 PLN gross with the buyer’s NIP number constitutes a simplified invoice and is treated as a regular invoice containing all required buyer details.

  1. Ticket Returns
  • According to Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Dz.U. 2014, item 827), consumers purchasing tickets online do not have the right to withdraw from the contract without cause.

  • Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event without prior notice. In such a case, the Organizer will refund only the face value of the ticket and will not be liable for any compensation or damages.

  • Ticket refunds will be issued only if the Event is canceled.

  1. Personal Data Processing
  • The administrator of your personal data is Audio Video Show Sp. z o.o., headquartered at 04-205 Warsaw, ul. Naddnieprzańska 31, unit G, NIP: 9522240423.

  • Your personal data will be processed to execute the ticket purchase contract, and with additional consent, for marketing and informational purposes. Providing data is voluntary. You have the right to access, correct, or supplement your data. Detailed information about data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

  • Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to purchase a ticket. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

  1. Authorized Ticket Sellers
    Tickets for the event can be purchased through the authorized distributor: kicket.com
  2. Additional Information
  • By attending the Event, buyers consent to the free use of their image recorded in photographs or video footage and grant the Organizer a free license to use these materials in all forms of media, including computer storage, promotional materials, press publications, websites, and television or radio broadcasts.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, organization, and timing of the Event (including the cancellation of specific activities) without prior consultation or compensation.

  • Attendees may be exposed to high sound levels that could cause hearing damage. Participation is at their own risk. Pregnant women, children, and people with epilepsy are particularly at risk. The use of hearing protection is recommended.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for items left unattended or damaged on the premises.

  • Individuals under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted to the Event.
  • All rights to the Event’s name and logo are reserved by the Organizer. The official exhibition guide will be available at the ticket offices (while supplies last) and on the website www.audioshow.pl

 

Buyers who choose to purchase tickets for the Audio Video Show agree to comply with the above regulations and accept all of their terms and conditions.
