Ticket sales will begin on 14 September 2026.

Tickets are available throughout the event at the ticket offices by the entrance.

Everyone is welcome to attend show. Tickets priced at 60 PLN will be available at the entrance. Three-day passes will also be available for 90 PLN (valid from Friday to Sunday).

 

Tickets and passes are exchanged at the entrance for a wristband, which grants access to the entire show area (all three locations). The ticket price includes an 88-page show guide.

 
 

 

 

Important information:

 
 
  • Visitors with a one-day ticket are required to wear the wristband for the entire day.
  • Visitors with a three-day pass must wear the wristband for all three days of the Audio Video Show.
  • Admission is free for children under 16 years of age.

Payments at the ticket offices can be made by cash or card.

Terms and Conditions of Online Ticket Sales for the Audio Video Show Fair

§1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the online sale of tickets to the Audio Video Show Fair via the ticket.audioshow.pl service.

2.The seller of tickets and the organiser of the Fair is Audio Video Show Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Naddnieprzańska 31 lok. G, 04-205 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 9522240423, REGON: 525143434, KRS: 1033210 (hereinafter the "Organiser").

3.The terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

a)"Fair" or "Event" - the Audio Video Show Fair held on 23-25 October 2026 in Warsaw at the following venues: Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, Plac Artura Zawiszy 1; Golden Tulip Hotel, ul. Towarowa 2; PGE Narodowy, Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1;

b)"Service" - the online ticket sales system available at ticket.audioshow.pl, operated by the Organiser;

c)"Buyer" - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit purchasing a ticket via the Service;

d)"Ticket" - an electronic document (PDF) with a unique QR code confirming the right of admission to the Fair to the extent defined by the ticket type;

e)"Wristband" - an identification wristband issued at the Fair box office in exchange for a Ticket, entitling its holder to enter the Fair premises;

f)"Fair Regulations" - the Audio Video Show Fair Regulations setting out the rules of admission, safety and order on the Fair premises.

4.Purchasing a ticket via the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Fair Regulations.

§2

TICKET TYPES AND ADMISSION RULES

1.The following ticket types are available in the Service:

a)1-Day Ticket - entitles the holder to enter the Fair on one selected day; price PLN 60;

b)3-Day Ticket - entitles the holder to enter the Fair on all days of the Fair (Friday-Sunday); price PLN 90;

c)Trade Ticket - intended for industry representatives, available on the terms specified in the Service.

2.The Free Admission Ticket is not available in the Service. It is granted to children and young people under 16 years of age, persons with disabilities and one carer per person with a disability, and is issued together with a Wristband exclusively at the Fair box office upon presentation of a document confirming eligibility, in accordance with the Fair Regulations. It entitles the holder to visit the Fair on the day of its issue.

3.Tickets are also available at the Fair box offices at the entrance, at the prices specified in item 1. Box office payments are accepted in cash and by card.

4.A Ticket is exchanged at the Fair box office for a Wristband, which grants access to all three Fair venues. Holders of a 1-Day Ticket are obliged to wear the Wristband for the entire day, and holders of a 3-Day Ticket for all days of the Fair. The rules of use of the Wristband are set out in the Fair Regulations.

5.The ticket price includes a printed Fair guide, available at the box offices while stocks last and at www.audioshow.pl.

6.The Fair is open during the following hours:

a)Friday, 23 October 2026: 12:00-20:00,

b)Saturday, 24 October 2026: 10:00-20:00,

c)Sunday, 25 October 2026: 10:00-17:00.

§3

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE

1.Online ticket sales open on 14 September 2026 and are conducted exclusively via the Service at ticket.audioshow.pl. The Organiser does not sell tickets through intermediaries. Tickets offered outside the Service and the Fair box offices may be invalidated in accordance with the Fair Regulations.

2.To purchase a ticket, the Buyer selects the ticket type and quantity, provides the required details, including the e-mail address to which the Ticket will be sent, accepts these Terms and Conditions and makes the payment.

3.Online payments are processed by PayU S.A. Payment must be made immediately after redirection to the payment system. If the payment is not credited within 15 minutes of the reservation, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

4.Ticket prices displayed in the Service are gross prices inclusive of VAT. Additional fees, in particular a service fee, may be added to the ticket price. The Buyer is informed of the amount of any additional fees and of the total purchase price before making the payment.

5.The sales contract is concluded when the payment is credited. Once the payment has been credited, the Buyer receives the Ticket in PDF format at the e-mail address provided.

6.The Ticket may be presented at the Fair entrance in electronic form on a phone screen or as a printout. The QR code on the Ticket is single-use and is verified at the Fair box office when exchanged for a Wristband.

7.The Buyer is obliged to protect the Ticket against access by unauthorised persons. The Organiser is not liable for the consequences of the Ticket or its QR code being shared with third parties.

8.If the Ticket is not received within 24 hours of the payment being credited, the Buyer should contact the Organiser, providing the details used for the purchase.

§4

VAT INVOICES

1.A VAT invoice for an online purchase is issued automatically upon selecting the option "I want to receive a VAT invoice" during the purchase process and entering the required invoice details, and is then sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.

2.The Buyer is obliged to request a VAT invoice and provide the details required for its issue before making the payment. Otherwise, a receipt without the buyer's Tax ID (NIP) will be issued.

3.Pursuant to Article 106b(5) of the Polish Act on Goods and Services Tax, an invoice for a business entity may be issued on the basis of a receipt only if the receipt contains the buyer's Tax ID (NIP). If the receipt does not contain a Tax ID, the invoice may be issued only in the name of a natural person not conducting business activity.

4.A VAT invoice for a receipt will be issued at the Buyer's request submitted within 3 months from the end of the month in which the service was provided.

5.A receipt for an amount of up to PLN 450 gross containing the buyer's Tax ID (NIP) constitutes a simplified invoice and is treated as an invoice containing the buyer's full details.

§5

REFUNDS AND EVENT CANCELLATION

1.Pursuant to Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a Buyer who is a consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract for services related to entertainment or cultural events where the contract specifies the day or period of performance of the service.

2.A purchased Ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, subject to item 3.

3.If the Fair is cancelled, the Organiser shall refund the Ticket price to the Buyer. The refund is made using the same payment method as used for the purchase, within 14 days of the announcement of the cancellation of the Fair. The Organiser is not liable to the Ticket holder for any other compensation, damages or redress.

4.The Organiser reserves the right to change the Fair programme in organisational and time terms, including cancelling selected accompanying events, without any right to a refund of the Ticket price.

§6

COMPLAINTS

1.Complaints regarding online ticket purchases may be submitted by e-mail to the Organiser's e-mail address provided in the Service or in writing to the Organiser's registered office address.

2.A complaint should include the Buyer's details, the order number and a description of the issue.

3.The Organiser shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Buyer of the outcome at the e-mail address indicated in the complaint.

§7

PERSONAL DATA

1.The controller of Buyers' personal data is the Organiser: Audio Video Show Sp. z o.o., ul. Naddnieprzańska 31 lok. G, 04-205 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 9522240423.

2.Personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the Ticket sales contract, processing payments, issuing sales documents, handling complaints and fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Organiser.

3.Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to purchase a Ticket.

4.A Buyer who has given consent during the purchase process will receive from the Organiser, at the e-mail address provided, a reminder of the next edition of the Audio Video Show Fair and information about the start of ticket sales. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time via the link included in the message or by contacting the Organiser. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

5.The Buyer has the right to access their data, to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

6.Recipients of the data may include entities processing online payments and entities providing IT services to the Organiser, to the extent necessary to complete the purchase.

7.Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy available at www.audioshow.pl.

§8

FINAL PROVISIONS

1.The rules of admission, safety and order on the Fair premises, including the rules of use of the Wristband, the prohibition on bringing in dangerous objects, the refusal of admission to persons under the influence of alcohol, and consent to the recording of one's image, are set out in the Fair Regulations available at www.audioshow.pl and ticket.audioshow.pl and at the Fair box offices.

2.Fair attendees may be exposed to sound levels capable of causing hearing damage and participate in the Fair at their own risk. Pregnant women, children and persons with epilepsy are particularly at risk. The use of noise-cancelling headphones or hearing protection is recommended.

3.The Organiser is not liable for items left on the Fair premises or for items which, through their owner's inattention, have been dropped or damaged.

4.All rights to the name and logo of the Fair are reserved to the Organiser.

5.The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments do not affect the rights of Buyers who purchased a Ticket before the amendments entered into force.

6.In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

7.These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 14 September 2026.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Polish and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Polish version shall prevail.
