Halina Frąckowiak
A legend of the Polish scene, the voice of generations, and an icon of ’70s and ’80s Polish pop. In conversation with Michał Wilczyński, she will reveal the story behind the cult album Geira. Released in 1977, the record was an anomaly on the Polish market. Frąckowiak—whose songs topped charts and festival lineups—appears here with SBB, Poland’s most famous progressive rock group led by Józef Skrzek. How has Geira stood the test of time?
